Print-Making and Poetry

In this workshop we will access our empowering feelings through light yoga and guided visualization.

Using a bilateral fingerpainting process, we will print a final composition that is representational of our emotions are flowing through us. We will hand color the designs in oil pastels.

Finally, we will craft poetry using a couple of simple methods to pair with our unique prints.

Part of the impact here, is to share in the safety of our group. When we share our stories, there is a powerful authenticity of storyteller and witness. It changes us.
