Fall season in the park is the perfect backdrop for this pumpkin painting session with Mell Smith!
Grab a palette of vibrant colors and a blank canvas – or in this case – a mini orange pumpkin. Then, unleash your creativity, transforming these humble gourds into works of art.
Mell started painting over 20 years ago, doing murals and commission work. She then discovered the palette knife and painting with heavy body acrylics, using bright colors and different happy patterns. She also teamed up with Greg Macdonald, a cottonwood bark carver, painting intricate designs and patterns, along with mini Halloween scenes on his carved art pieces.
This event is free. Limited to the first 50 attendees.
