This class takes you beyond the basics and on to the next step in your glass art journey. Learn how to select and operate a gas torch, prepare your mandrels for bead making, and operate the kiln. Build on the skills you learned in the Basic Bead Making Class with added decorating skills and color combinations. Twisties, bead shapes, color combinations of glass and heat control will all be covered in this Part II course.

Students will be required to return the next or by other arrangements to pick up annealed beads. Instructions will be provided on how to clean beads too.
For the workshop: 100% cotton, fitted clothes (blends are ok, with heavy cotton percentage) No tank tops. Closed toe shoes. Long hair tied back.
Class Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before registering for a class:
• Cancellations One Week to 24 Hours Before Class: Cancellations made between one week and 24 hours prior to the start of the class are eligible for a 50% refund, minus processing fees.
• Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Class: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund.
• Processing Fees: All refunds are subject to a 5% non-refundable fee to cover credit card processing costs.
