The seeds we plant at the Hot Shops are ideas. We cultivate them with WHY, WHAT IF, PASSION and SHARING. As those seeds bloom, you’ll find nourishment for the Soul.
As a continuation of our collaboration with Lauritzen Gardens and the Fantastical Folklore exhibit, we are turning the Nicholas Street Gallery into an urban ag center for March! So, roll up your sleeves and prepare to get your hands dirty. You will have the opportunity to see wheel-thrown pottery demonstrations and decorate your own planter to keep as you are surrounded by our artist’s botanical creations.
Planters will be fired and ready for pick up the next week, along with dirt and seeds for you to plant!
Reservations for creating a planter are required >
The cost is $10/planter. Admission to the Hot Shops is free.
Hot Shops members receive 10% off planter costs and 50% admission to the Lauritzen Gardens Fantastical Folklore Exhibit.
